Denim Shirts
A denim shirt is such a versatile item to add to your wardrobe and I really do believe that there’s one for everyone. They are also fantastic for layering during this in-between season – wear over a t-shirt/camisole, or under a jacket – fabulous either way!

STYLE TIPS
COLOUR
See the last image in this post for warm to cool blues. Warm blues for those of us with more yellow undertones, cool for those of us with blue/pink undertones. If you have red hair and/or freckles, go for warm.
TEXTURE
The curvier you are, the softer your shirt. Rather go for a chambray or cotton shirt with a denim look. You will feel more comfortable, guaranteed.
PROPORTIONS
The best length lines to flatter every woman’s body are:
π on the hip bones
πa hand’s width under the belly button
π where your thumbs end when you stand straight up with your arms straight down your body
Stick to these length lines by choosing a shirt that length or tuck it into a skirt or pants at those lines. You will automatically look taller and slimmer.
POCKETS
If you have a smaller bust, the classic pockets in that area are perfect for you. If you have a larger bust size it is best to avoid pockets.
SLEEVES
Slightly rolled up sleeves always look stunning! There are some puffy sleeve options available at the moment. If you have small shoulders and wider hips, puffy sleeves are fantastic for you. If you have small hips and large shoulders, rather go for a dropped shoulder or something with volume around the wrist area.
BUTTONS
For a smaller bust, button up high and for a larger bust open lower. You can wear another top underneath.
