Suikerbos Jewellery creates timeless unique designs that are forged together with minimilistic modern shapes and lines.
Grethe spends her days in her surroundings on the rocky beaches of Simon’s Town. Her unique and fine aesthetic reflects from where she draws inspiration from. Suikerbos’ distinct look and feel derives from simplistic elements in nature.
Suikerbos Studio is currently situated on a hill just outside of Simons Town. They are surrounded by mountains and ocean, waves and trees bent to the ground by the ever-present wind. Inspiration from the fynbos and sea are hand-drawn and transformed into delicate organic shapes made into jewellery.
